ch_hoder_1 has just made a discovery. FAM is messing with our accounts. If you go to the bottom of your member's page, you will note that the miles you have originally redeemed your flight award for has changed. Both ch_hoder_1 and my account has both been changed. It now says 30,000 when originally it was 10,000 miles. However, if you look at the top of your members page where it says, "total miles redeemed"- it still shows 10,000 miles. Definitely something going on here.

Thank goodness, I printed all of this information out before they changed this. I am now making a copy of this page as well.

I'm curious to see if there are other FAM members out there who has any disrepancies in their accounts.
