How to add new language..

hey yesterday i started to translated the strings.xml. i used the englisch strings.xml to change the words to another language. then *i saved the new strings.xml maked a new folder (with the new language strings.xml in it) in the language folder. then i tried it out but nothing happend. the xbmc doesn't even reconize the strings.xml file. i also saw normaly there are standard 3 language (englisch,french,italian) but when i change to french language you see that the text change to french but there still stand english and then when change back to englisch the text change to english but the optie say the language stands french if you change it to italian language the text change to italian but it says that's still english??you canonly choose between english and french assuming the xbmc but there is also a italian language.do i have to edit another .xml file to get my new language strings.xml to work??
i'am using xbmc cvs 2003-10-13 thnxnop, you did fine
however there was a bug in the language selection which was fixed yesterday night
so getta new release of xbmc and try again should solve it
